I have a customer that deploys the MC55 to motorcycle couriers. They currently can route all system audio to a BT headset so the riders know when a new job has come in etc. They are now migrating to the MC65 and this option is not available - or is only available when the device is in a call. Can anyone tell me why this is happening - on the MC55 they use the MS BT stack. Thanks Andy

If their headset supports the "Wireless Stereo" profile, try that, I have to shut that profile off when I pair my ES400 to my car, because it sends all audio (even ringtones) to BT instead of the device. If I just leave "Hands Free" profile active, the device will still ring when a call comes in.
