The attached deck provides the process for getting warranty coverage for an ES400S device. The customer care number is (800) 653-5350. The customer would need the serial number of the device which is located on the label underneath the battery (S/N:), or it can be found by going to Settings -> System -> System Info -> and the number is ESN: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
