Dear members of the community, has anyone experienced (more or less since nov 2010) MC75 keyboard total failures so units had to be sent to repair? We have a CASP for one customer about, but apparently three more customers of the same partner have the same issue. For my sanity's sake I need to know this is happening somewhere else. By the way, terminals have numeric keyboard.
