You don't need downgrade package for WM 6.0 from WM 6.1 . You wwrote that Partner is asking if devices can be downgraded from WM6.5 to WM 6.0 and for that you will need to downgrade with the package. Probably to WM 6.1 first and then to WM 6.0.

Ok Thank you. So the answer is yes there should be no issues downgrading back to wm6.0. Customer would need to downgrade from wm6.5 to wm6.1 first, then they would be able to load wm6.0 on top of wm6.1. Thank you for your confirmation.

There might be some problem if you are not using the Downgrade package, Please take a look in SPR 20168 , it related to downgrade from WM 6.5 to WM 6.1, but I am pretty sure it valid for WM 6.0 as well. Now, even so the described issue there happened only when trying to upgrade again to WM 6.5, it still worth updated with it.

If you have one, I would welcome to send to customer..
