Hi Team, My customer is facing a problem on 1 of the setting under the regional settings. Pls see attachment for better understanding (screen captured is based on WM6.1). Go to Settings > system > regional settings > Number > no. of decimal places. Customer managed to change the value from 3 to 2. But somehow, it will revert back to 3 & no idea how it happened. This has affected the report printing which they have to carry out at the end of the day. Is there a way permenantly fix this value or is this a Microsoft bug?

Any (other) application can change this value. See the SetLocaleInfo Function http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd374049(v=vs.85).aspx. This will override the default, registry values.
Hi Marcus, Can you advise which reg key & value for this decimal point value?
I would suggest using REMCAPTURE to determine the registry values which are changed when making this config. Then you can use the .reg file to make the settings persistent http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=k… 0 32714895
