A customer with MC7596 devices is increasingly reporting issues with a nagging error specifically around Cprog.exe as shown in the attachment. There are two things to note: 1) the error message 2) the text "No. No" at lower left side of the screen. The error message popup and the unusual display of "No. No." occurrs whenever the phone fails. The phone will not turn on or off through the Wireless Manager UI. The really odd thing is that the error persists even after a CleanBoot and Blank. How can a software issue persist after a device undergoes a cleanboot and blank? Anyhow, wondering if anyone has come across this issue or know if a relating SPR is created. BTW, anyone know whatever happened to the weekly distribution of the active SPR spreadsheet? That was a useful tool to help keep track of current issues. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Peter, Try running some other apps and see if you get the same error. It maybe that the ROM is corrupted - I have seen something similar on the MC55 - an OS install is the only way to recover. This would explain it can persist a cleanboot
