Case#2370340 May 10th, 2011 MC5574 BSP 38 RIL 1.3.4.5 A customer is stating that the MC5574 is sending wrong or incomplete DTMF frames to their vocal interactive servers. When dialing into their servers the MC5574 is only send the correct DTMF frames once out of every 20 attempts. If they perform the same testing with the same SIM card in an HTC device it works properly each time. The customer thinks that the cause is due to the short time interval between pressing the key and the DTMF signal is sent. They would like to know if there is any way to configure this time interval? I tested using the same server as the customer and I'm not able to reproduce the issue. If anyone has any ideas on how to proceed with this issue please let me know? Thanks, Tony
