Anyone has expereince with symbology EAN-13 with 5-digit add on ? See attached photo for the sample barcode. I have a customer who bought MC3190 with 2D scanner, but cannot read this barcode with Datawedge. The scanned data only include the first portion data, and not read the 5 digit add on. Please share with me if anyone know how to enable Datawedge to read all data in this Symbology. thank you, Kultida

In the decoders configuration select "UPCEAN general", then "Params". Ensure that "Supplemenatl5" is checked, and "Supplemental mode" must not be "None" "Auto" works best I think, unless the EANs will always have supplementals, then "Always" would be best because then you will not get a decode without a supplemental.
