A partner is working in an opportunity where the solution is based on Terminal Service. The issue is that the customer has an apps developed to run over devices with 320x240, so it's sure that when this apps is accessed by TS on MC3190, the screen appears unformated and to access all the screen apps, it's necessary to use scroll bars, because the resolution on MC3190 is 320x320. Is there a way to TS works like as a screen with 320x240(QVGA) resolution? The worst is that, according to the customer, HONEYWELL and INTERMEC provided a DLL that fix this issue resolution, and the TS is working perfectly in their devices. Has the partner tested the application? If the Remote Desktop Application has been designed to 320*240, than it should have more than enough space on the MC3190 screen. Scroll bars shouldn't be necessary here. QVGA 320*240 MC3190 320*320 (same height, + 20% width)
Yes, he tested. At MC3190-G (WM6.5), there is TS instead of RD. Is there a way to set the device or TS to work as 320x240 resolution?
