Is there any specific information available from Motorola regarding when we will begin to see rugged mobile computers that run:

Windows Embedded 8 Handheld, OR
Windows Embedded Compact 2013

Will Motorola definitely manufacture rugged handheld devices/scanners that run WE8H? Will Motorola definitely manufacture rugged handheld devices/scanners that run Compact 2013? My company is trying to make strategic software development decisions today to take advantage of new platforms (including Android and iOS), and the lack of information from Microsoft and Motorola regarding plans around Embedded made this very difficult.
