Hello, MC40 is equiped with smart battery and native "Battery Information" applet provides some information about it (battery temperature, battery serial number,...). From a development application point of view, are we able to retrive these informations and more particulary Battery Cycles Count? David

Hi David, Yes, you can query this info using Symbol.Resourcecoordination API. SmartBatteryStstus.ChargeCycles gives you the needful information. Please use a latest release of EMDK. Note: Given in EMDK.NET examples. You can refer the relevant APIs in EMDK C as well. Thanks, Charith.

David, my understanding is that MSI will not be releasing an EMDK for Android. However, one can integrate device capabilites of Android-based devices through the RhoElements framework.
