Team, We have a couple of SB1's for customer demonstration that powered off to save battery till we get to the customer site. Now we need to power them on to do the demo and there is no way to doi it without the cradle (which we didn't bring with us). Is there a way to power those without the cradle? Help please! Thanks in advance. Alex.

Two ideas When in the charging cradle use the two button reset - hold the scan button and the home button until you hear a beep. If that does not work try holding both buttons while inserting the device in the cradle.
Hi Alex,
If you have powered off the SB1 via the advanced settings option on the device, then the only way to power it back on is to provide mains power from the cradle.
