ES400 Time Shift

Dear All I am using 200 Devices ES400 WM6.5 for almost 3 months, suddenly all devices shifted for 1 hours starting from 1/5/2013. Any idea How to fix this, i just want the right time! and garantee the problem will not comes again.

There can be several reasons for the time changing. First thing to check is if the devices are configured with the correct time zone. The time zone setting in Windows Mobile not only affects the GMT offset (e.g. +0100, -0600) but also when to switch to Daylight Saving Time and back. Another reason why the time may have changed is that the ES400, by default, will synchronize its time with the GPRS network. Again, the time zone can be changed as part of the synchronisation process. You can disable the GPRS time sync with the following registry settings: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Clock] "NetworkTimeSync"=dword:00000000 "NetworkTimeNotifyUser"=dword:00000000 A reboot will be required after the registry has been changed. You might also want to consider placing a .reg file with the above settings in the \Application partition, so it will be automatically merged after a cold and clean boot.
