I have a rising problem with an specific customer in south america region, MC75A mfd 2012 with the new pentile display, they center area in the display is not responsive after some use(graphics and colors are good but the touch panel is not working anymore in that area), they are too many units, just wondering if has somebody heard or have seen this issue before. thanks
