BT paring Utility

Is there a BT paring utility for WM or CE motorola handhelds?

If  not there needs to be one created.

Daniel,Zebra just finished

Daniel,

Zebra just finished creating an app that allows users to scan a MAC address on a printer with a Motorola mobile computer to automatically pair the devices.  We are in the process of submitting it to be in Click2Demo.  We will make sure to place an update on Launchpad once the app is available.

Hi Daniel,You can also use

Hi Daniel,

You can also use the Zebra Utility app (on ClickToDemo and posted near the top of the Zebra page) to do pairing with your Win Mobile and CE devices. You can find different ways of pairing in the "Find" menu.  The new app will be simpler to use, but in the mean time, this one works.  .

There are now two simplified

There are now two simplified Bluetooth Pairing apps added to Click2Demo.  These apps are designed to facilitate the pairing of Symbol / Zebra, formerly Motorola, Mobile Computers and Zebra Printers.

Scan&Pair by Zebra Technologies is for Windows Mobile and allows the user to scan the Bluetooth MAC address of the printer to pair the two devices.

Tap&Pair by Zebra Technologies is for Android devices with NFC.  It utilizes NFC to automatically launch the app and pair the printer and mobile computer when the two devices are tapped together.
