On our Android devices including TC55 & TC70 we have a DWDemo Launcher profile (named Launcher) in Datawedge which is enabled by default (out of box) and enables the scanner at the Android home screen and in the Program launcher. This works OK on the TC55 which has a recessed scanner trigger which is difficult to press by accident. On the TC70, the scanner trigger is raised and is very easy to press accidentally either when the unit is held or when it is put into a case/bag. For this reason I would suggest changing the default for the Launcher profile to disabled and then it can be manually enabled if required (since this profile is only there for convenience when running a demo).
