Scenario
- Just updated the OS to Kitkat by applying the package ETSIT55N0KRUEN265G.zip
- After it applied the package , Motorola Logo takes time to reboot (almost 20 mins)
- it power off the device then it does not reboot anymore ( No LED, no Display - nothing)
a. Just need to know what is the next step for this Issue?
b. Should It be send to the Manafacturer?
c. Is there any way to recover from this issue?

You can try rebooting to the recovery bootloader (hold down power , scan trigger and volume up at the same time). If it does not boot at all then I think it will require a return to a service centre for a low level reflash.
