Hi, I am encountering issues when trying to encrypt two TC55 devices (I had no problem with other 15). Once the pin is set up and with the phone in a cradle and full battery, I follow the steps to set the encryption but the phone gets stucked on the below screen, no percentage or anything is shown. Also, it is does let me go back to the previous step using the navigation bar, as if the encryption process had not started. Thanks in advance for your help,
