Is there a way to access (CSV) files on a windows CE device (ex. MC3200) from a windows PC via Ethernet cradle?
 
Only method I heard of is running a FTP server on the windows CE device but hoping there's an easier/more user friendly way.
 
If FTP server is the only way does windows CE have a built in FTP server? If not any recommendations on what FTP server to run on windows CE?
