As I report earlier, Incoming call, phone will ring only once while caller heard 4-5 rings already and most of the time call will be diverted to the voice mail even before you have a chance to answer.
Trying to collect QXDM log for the issue. There is multiple filters available for the log. Please let me know which filter to use? Can we get a brief descriptions of filters available?

Just to share with everyone. When I convert my ATT account from iPhone to LTE, the ATT set wrong default for Call Forwarding No Answer to 5 seconds. That is what create the problem. To fix it phone - menu - settings - GSM call settings - Call forwarding - Forward when unanswered and change it to 30 seconds. That will update your account on ATT HLR
