I need a Remote Support Software, like TeamViewer for mobiles. Unfortunately I can’t use TeamViewer because we purchase our devices without the Google Services.
Can anyone suggest a solution where i can connect on the Zebra device remotely from my office for support?

There is a semi-official tool MyMobiler It can bring the device screen to the desktop but it's very limited

The best way is to get proper MDM such as Soti MobiControl (covers all Zebra's OS types including LinkOS printers) - there is a 30 day trial with 20 licenses available for download at Soti.net website.
If you have Z1C contracts for your fleet you can also benefit from OVS/AVS options.

I think the most reliable and professional way ist to set up a proper MDM solution like Soti MobiControl.
It comes with full Remote Control.
