I have some old TC70 that have StageNow Ver. 4.3. I am wanting to update to 5.x or even 6.x if possible. I have looked on the Zebra website but cannot find any way to update it on the device itself.

The proper way to update the SN client would be to update the TC70 OS to the latest build.
Stage Now is dependent on the Mx framework for making the proper changes to the device, the Mx Framework is tied to the OS hence the proper path would be an OS update - gets you all the patches, updated Mx and SN client.
