How do I print a label format that spans two physical labels?  Meaning, how do I make the Zebra printer (ZT410 for example) continue printing by ignoring the perforation between the label stock?

Hi Chris, We don't recommend

Hi Chris,

We don't recommend you do this because attempting to print on the web can wear the printhead faster.  That being said, you can use the following procedure:

1. In your format, set the media tracking to continuous - ^MNN

2. In your format, set the label length to be less than the length of both labels combined - 203 * 6 inch label * 2 = 2436   -  ^LL2300

3. Add a second format after your print to feed to the second web (perforation). - ^XA^MNY^PH^XZ

Depending on other factors you may have to switch the procedure:

1. Add a set to continuous format before your format - ^XA^MNN^LL2300^XZ

2. Set back to Web sensor in your format - ^MNY

3. Add a feed to home command to your format - ^PH
