I meet the same problem and I can not access any links from the top menu.
The Zebra IT department is working on addressing the issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, most of the Support knowledge articles have been migrated to zebra.com and the Sample Code to GitHub at https://github.com/Zebra .
The Support articles can be found at the Printers Support page. Select your printer model, then click on the "KNOWLEDGE ARTICLES" tab. This shows the top 5 knowledge articles or you can see all of them by selecting "Search all Articles."
