We have a new Zebra ZD500 that we want to use it to print some labels that are made in Crystal Report on a remote server. We have installed the drivers on the Remote desktop server and also installed the correct drivers on the PC that is connected localy to the ZD500.
we can login to the Remote server and print the label and label get printed nicely, but when we try to scan the barcode with a handheld scanner nothing happen. If we print the same label to a normal printer on a normal A4 format, we can scan the barcode.
Any idea why when printing the label to the ZD500 we cann't scan it?

Hi, Can you upload a visual of your label with the un-scannable bar-code? Can you also make a small modification to your driver to get the output from it to a file (shown here) and send that as well? It is unusual that a bar-code is un-scannable.
