We purchased PDF-Direct to work with our Zebra ZD420 in hopes that it would let us print Amazon labels from within Amazon Vendor Central. Even though we purchased this through Zebra’s website I am not sure how to get it working. Is this something you typically set up for clients or is this something that I could do myself? Amazon is also telling us to use a generic/txt driver to print the labels but basically if that doesn’t work to use PDF-Direct. At our distribution center they currently use GK420’s to print these Amazon labels.
