I've got a software running which supports LLRP. I configured it to work with Motorola FX7500 but the only message I get is KEEP_ALIVE message. There are no RO_ACCESS_REPORT messages. Moreover when you move tags in the antenna range there are no unhandled messages. In LLRP tab I've got Zebra configured as Server and I can see a IP of the device which is connected. Why there are no RO_ACCESS_REPORT messages when tag is scanned by the antenna?
