Zebra support finally responded, it is not possible using Browser Print to print to a Card printer, but it may be possible using the Printer IP Address, I'm not sure.

Your question is best directed to our developers through this Zebra Developer Portal as we could only provide support for technical issues with the printers. Although for your question 'Is Card Printing even possible using Browser Print?' unfortunately the answer is no. Kindly refer to this Browser Print link for the list of supported printers, currently it is for our label printers only.

Does this make sense?
Thank you for the response. I am getting ready to download the SDK via here. This may seem like a dumb question, can my 64-bit computer use the 32-bit version of the SDK? Also, we will be creating a separate independent service that will communicate strings to send from our Web Server to our Client's host computer. We are not going to use it as a Network Printer. I am asking this because we are trying to avoid having to check the Client's computer being a 64-bit or 32-bit OS.
Thanks in advance,
Yes a 32bit sdk will work on a 64bit computer but make sure any client applications are compiled in 32bit as well.
