I had my printer working properly, but after a reset of my printer to factory defaults I started having a problem.

I've made the configurations and calibration Rfid and Ribbon as well, but when I send one simple print as "TEST" to the
printer all my config are reset back to a config that I had not done.

Does anybody know or have any idea what's is going on ?
