Currently we have a RhoElement app which use APD for bluetooth priting. Now we are using a cutter kit but I need to know if we need to use a special command to send to the printer the instruction to cut the label.

Hi Guillermo,
You do need to, at some point before printing, tell the printer to use the cutter. You can add this command to your formats or templates or send it when the printer is selected. This only needs to be set once per printer.
The command is:
XAMMCJUSXZ
After sending this command, the printer will cut after each label or page.
