Developer Portal Outages
The developer Portal is experiencing some point outages due to the upgrade over the weekend. We are aware of many of the issues and are working hard to fix them. Known issues, in no particular order, include:
- Some API pages not appearing where they are supposed to.
- Payment system is down
- Enrolling devices into Savanna Data Services and updating device subscriptions is offline.
- App keys are not visible.
- Forums not showing comments
We apologize for any unconvience and we are working hard to fix all the issues as soon as possible. Please bear with us.

All of these issues except the payment system have now been fixed.

The Developer Portal is currently experiencing outages due to a recent upgrade. Issues include some API pages not displaying correctly, a down payment system, problems enrolling devices in Savanna Data Services, missing app keys, and forum comments not showing.
To check if Telnet is enabled on Windows, open the Command Prompt and type telnet
. If you receive an error message stating that it is not recognized, you need to enable Telnet. You can do this through the Control Panel under "Programs and Features," then "Turn Windows features on or off," and check the box for Telnet Client.
