About XETICS LEAN
XETICS LEAN is a tracking solution for manufacturing and production. Machines, equipment and work piece transport devices inside a factory are provided with Smart Labels (Auto-ID), e.g. NFC-Tags, Data Matrix, QR-Codes or Barcodes, identifiable by mobile reading terminals. Scanning these tags by personnel or automatic scanning equipment before and after processing the work piece in a particular machine or treatment station generates the processing data to build a web-based presentation of the in-plant-work piece-flow, always automatically updated and allowing instant problem identification.
