A handful of Domino's restaurants in Germany and Holland are testing a ground-based drone to deliver as many as eight pizzas at a time. Have some grease ready for the tip.

Many developers may find themselves, or have already found themselves, developing an iOS application connecting to a Zebra MFi product via Bluetooth. Before distributing your MFi app through Apple’s Business-2-Business or standard App Store, you will need to register your app with Zebra as per Apple’s requirements. During this step, Zebra will perform a high-level test of your app to ensure stability, proper printed output, and, if present, appropriate Zebra branding.

Explore our 3^rd party SDK for Android tablets and phones. Leveraging the “Scanner Control App” from the Google play store, we will demonstrate how to pair and fully control a DS8178 Bluetooth scanner from a Samsung tablet. We will also cover the free source code provided in the SDK from the Scanner Control App.   

Zebra APPFORUM has been a hugely successful event series driving innovation in the Enterprise Software space since the first in Barcelona 2010. This year Zebra is thrilled to expand the lineup of sessions and speakers to include more industry leaders from across the Enterprise Software landscape.

Much of the news coverage this week demonstrates how serious Google is about clamping down Android security. There's also news about a giant robot at Amazon, drones in Walmart stores and an Android "O" on the horizon.
