MX affords developers and administrators an extensible, efficient, reliable and scalable means to configure and administer devices in their organization
MX exposes capabilities provided by underlying, system-level Configuration Service Providers (CSPs) on the device, which provide secure, uniform access to both privileged and unprivileged APIs. These CSPs, through the MX framework, allow device configurations and behavior to be adjusted programmatically by both developers, via EMDK APIs, and administrators, via EMMs or StageNow.
