In this session, Zebra will introduce you to our new proprietary tool, Secure Storage Manager (SSM). SSM provides a number of APIs designed to allow two or more Android applications to securely share data that would otherwise be restricted by the Scoped Storage changes introduced by Google in Android 11 and later.

This is a deep dive into what you need to do to prepare for the changes and cover Zebra’s recommended techniques for dealing with Android’s scoped storage and enterprise reset persistence.
