Managed Scoped Storage restrictions on Zebra Android devices by sharing data through our proprietary Content Provider: Secure Storage Manager
SSM is a customized content provider that allows apps to share data with one or more other apps in a secure way on devices running Android 11 or later. This is designed to mitigate the impact of Scoped Storage on Zebra devices and can be used for files as well as key-value data pairs.
