APPFORUM2017: LATIN AMERICANS YOUR TOP 5 REASONS TO ATTEND

Zebra is rolling out the red carpet again for APPFORUM, our Enterprise Software Conference Series that we’ve been hosting since 2014.  APPFORUM will be getting its regional show on the road with an inaugural event for the Americas from May 9-11 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, USA.

This year at APPFORUM Zebra will be reaffirming its commitment to Latin American tech leaders and developers by encouraging a much closer engagement with the Latin community throughout our three-day event. Latin American attendees can look forward to:

We are offering the advantage of Spanish-language sessions to our Latin attendees.  Our “This Little App Went to Market” session will discuss strategies and use cases for bringing an app to market and expanding in Latin America. The “Link Up with Link OS” workshop will focus on Zebra’s different printer theaters and deep dive into new features and functions of Zebra printers and Link-OS SDK. A fast-paced “Browse the Enterprise” workshop will focus on usage tips and tricks and introduce you to the features of our new industrial Enterprise Browser.

     2. Appreciable Affordability

Zebra has kept APPFORUM costs remarkably low to encourage Latin Americans to make the trip. The early-bird registration fee of $149—which includes three days of value-packed sessions, workshops and networking—along with all of your food and drinks—is available through April 7. The fee increases to $249 on April 8, which is still an incredible bargain. Room rates are also very inexpensive at $79 (plus a $29 daily resort fee) if you book your reservations by April 7.

     3. Vision-Centric Approach

Zebra is upping the ante on sessions this year so that the content that we present is more vision-centric (and less product oriented) than ever before. Speakers will be talking about topics that revolve around enterprise software tendencies, like the Internet of Things (IoT), web printing solutions, analytics and ecosystems. We want the learning opportunities at APPFORUM to be more attractive to people who are on a mission to become familiar with the direction in which the enterprise software market is moving.

     4. An Amazing Speaker Roster

APPFORUM has earned its reputation as an event that offers consistently high quality when it comes to the expertise and industry renown of its speakers. Prepare to be even more impressed this year, with Google and Microsoft on the program as keynotes. Jack Weixel, Head of Business Development at Google will talk about the infinite possibilities that are presented when partners sitting on the Android platform connect the enterprise. In addition, Kerry Ogata, Senior Account Executive at Microsoft, will speak on how IoT mobile can be leveraged on the enterprise platform.      5. A Focus on the Future

Zebra intends to spread the word about its vision for the future of the enterprise software market to APPFORUM attendees by sharing its efforts to build a new space in the market called Enterprise Asset Intelligence.
