Bring Visibility to Businesses

MotionWorks Enterprise (MWE) helps businesses to increase productivity, lower operational costs, and improve safety and security.  MotionWorks Enterprise uses  a wide range of active and passive locating related technologies to generate accurate, on-demand information about the physical location and status of assets. MotionWorks Enterprise APIs and Events provide interfaces for customers to integrate location visibility into your existing or new workflows.

Some of the location and telemetry technologies supported by MWE include:

  • Passive RFID
  • UWB
  • Bluetooth Low-Energy
  • Wi-FI
  • ISO 24730
  • GPS
Technical Requirements

The 'Try-it' function for each endpoint is connected with a cloud-hosted MWE instance. To see the API in action, use the 'Try-it' function. Note: This MWE instance is for evaluation and informational purpose. Data are visible to all users by default. Do not use any sensitive data when using this instance.

To connect to your own hardware, you will need to have your own MWE instance.

Getting Started
  • To use the API, a valid username is required. All API share the same user account by default.

          Username: APIUser

          Password: APIUser

  • Link to the MWE Web application to view changes made to the system. https://sletest.zebramwe.com/
  • For more information, see the MWE User Guide.
Events

In addition to the MWE APIs, MWE also generates events. These events are published via Apache Camel service and are a part of the MWE distribution. This MWE instance is currently not configured to publish events.
